The Euchmich Legacy is freeware, but is not in the public domain. It is owned by Informationsdiket / michi.nu and protected by copyright laws and treaties.

Please note that rights to use and redistribute The Euchmich Legacy are rights granted by this license. By running The Euchmich Legacy you indicate your complete acceptance of this license agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, remove The Euchmich Legacy from your computer. You may then neither use nor redistribute the software.
Usage
You are licensed to install and use The Euchmich Legacy without cost on any number of computers provided each installation of the software is complete and unmodified and no file, including this license agreement, is removed.
Distribution
You are allowed and encouraged to distribute The Euchmich Legacy in a non-commercial way subject to the following conditions:

* Such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by michi.nu. You may not add, alter, delete or repackage any files in the distribution archive.

* You may not use any kind of installation wrapper to install additional software or present any kind of advertisement in conjuction with the distribution or installation of The Euchmich Legacy. This restriction does not extend to advertisements on web pages with The Euchmich Legacy download links.

* No money is charged to the person receiving The Euchmich Legacy beyond actual costs of media and postage, provided these do not exceed USD 5.
Commercial periodical publications may distribute The Euchmich Legacy on their cover disks without special permission subject to the following conditions:

* Such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by michi.nu, or a folder containing the contents of this archive with no files added, altered, or deleted.

* The latest version of the game available from http://www.michi.nu/games/euchmich/ at the time of media creation is used.

* You may not use any kind of installation wrapper to install additional software or present any kind of advertisement in conjuction with the installation of The Euchmich Legacy.

You may not distribute The Euchmich Legacy under any other conditions than the above without prior written permission. Under no circumstances will permission be granted to bundle the game with spyware, adware or any other kind of malware. Don't waste your time asking. Any such distribution is a blatant violation against this license as well as any reasonable ethics system, and should be reported to alerts@michi.nu so that we may take action, legal or otherwise, to make it stop.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Euchmich Legacy was created under time pressure and is known to contain several bugs, albeit none that could cause harm to your system. Because of this and the many software and hardware environments into which it can be made to run, the game and the accompanying files come "as is" and without any warranties whether expressed or implied. The user must assume the entire risk of running the program. Any liability of the developer will be limited exclusively to product replacement.
